1. General Terms
- All offers and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
- Offers are valid only on new sign-ups and first-time service purchases, unless otherwise specified.
- Offers cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or negotiated rates unless explicitly mentioned.
2. Offer Validity
- All promotional offers are time-bound and valid for the duration mentioned on the website or promotional material.
- Discounted prices apply only if the customer signs up within the promotional period and completes the advance payment or agreement formalities.
3. Discounts on Services
- The 15% discount on services is applicable across all standard service categories including Web Design, SEO, GMB Optimization, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, and more.
- Discount applies to base service fees and does not include third-party charges (such as ad spend, plugin licenses, stock content, etc.).
- In multi-month service agreements, discounts are applicable only for the duration specified (e.g., first 3 months or one year).
4. Free Services and Bonuses
- Free services like SEO trials, blog posts, email campaigns, video/image ads, and domain registration are included only with specific packages and may vary by offer.
- Free domain registration is limited to domain costs up to ₹1,200. If the chosen domain exceeds this amount, the client must pay the difference.
- Free video/image ads are custom-produced based on brief provided by the client. Revisions may be limited unless otherwise specified.
5. Eligibility
- Offers are valid only for registered businesses or individuals entering into a service agreement with Domain Dash.
- Domain Dash reserves the right to refuse or revoke an offer if misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of policy is suspected.
6. Partner & Commission Structures
- In co-managed or white-label projects, where revenue is shared with a partner or freelancer, service offers and discounts apply to the gross package value, and commission structures will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Cancellation of Offer Benefits
- If a client cancels the project mid-way or defaults on payments, all offer benefits (including free services) become void and will be billed separately at standard rates.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to promotional offers will be governed by Indian law and handled in courts located in Mangalore, Karnataka.
